Internal Complaints Committee

At DGBK College, Kasarda, we are committed to maintaining a safe, dignified, and harassment-free environment for all students, faculty, and staff. In accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted to address and prevent issues related to sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination on campus.

Objectives:

• To create awareness and ensure a zero-tolerance approach towards sexual harassment and gender discrimination.
• To establish a confidential and accessible system for reporting complaints without fear of retaliation.
• To conduct impartial inquiries into complaints and take appropriate action in accordance with legal and institutional policies.
• To organize workshops, seminars, and training programs on gender sensitization, workplace ethics, and women's safety.
• To provide emotional and legal support to individuals facing harassment, ensuring their well-being and dignified.
